The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
The Program Manager is an individual contributor role offered on a full time basis (40 hours per week), initially on a fixed term basis for 6 months.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of complex development projects.
Work closely with our account teams to understand and define client's key business requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop project documentation including Statement of Work and implementation plans.
Drive Project delivery through coordination with the Product and the Engineering Team to meet project milestones according to planned schedule.
Closely work with Account team to manage delivery.
Provide guidance to the Engineering team from a feature/product development standpoint.
Ensure timely delivery of project reports and performance dashboards while also conducting regular project reviews and communicating the status of projects.
Monitor postproduction support and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Provide ongoing support and manage day-to-day action items, tracking and reporting of live projects to ensure execution of priority work.
Qualifications/Experience requirements:
Project management experience in a technical organization
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Advanced skills in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
MS Excel proficiency working with pivot tables, vlookup, and analysis of large data sets.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to drive alignment.
Hands on experience in Agile methodologies and in using JIRA and Confluence
Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with cross-functional teams.
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and resolve conflicts by navigating across the organization.
Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting priorities
Certifications in Project Management preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a technology field preferred
