The team is responsible for deploying advanced systems that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. The team oversees governance and control measures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and provide education on AI technologies to other departments within the company.Position Overview:Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our Firmwide GenAI team.The Program Manager will being instrumental in driving forward our mission to harness the power of GenAI for positive change and to help create and execute an effective and efficient end to end GenAI Use Case experimentation, development, approval and governance process.Key Responsibilities:-Use Case Prioritization: Collaborate with various business units to identify and prioritize their use cases for GenAI implementation. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.-Legal, Risk, Compliance and Technology Approvals: Support LRC and Technology Governance Partners (SecArchVendor Management) to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risk associated with AI initiatives. Proactively identify and address any LRC concerns throughout the AI project lifecycle.-Project Planning and Execution: Monitor project progress, identify risk and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project alignment and synergy. Contribute ideas and insights to drive collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing across GenAI initiatives. -Stakeholder Engagement: Support effective communication with internal stakeholders, including product owners, engineering teams and other key personnel. Participate in meetings to provide updates, gather feedback and address project-related issues-Proven experience in program or project management-Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.-Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.-Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail-Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, JIRA, etc.)-Familiarity with internal systems and processes (SecArch, TAI, SPAR, iShield)Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
