Program Manager, Digitalization
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Salary Range: $64,000-$83,000 Job Summary
The Program Manager will support operations by managing complex and cross-functional initiatives with the aim to save costs and/or improve structures, processes, systems, and sustainability aspects. This position will be focused on digitalization of the sales operational process to include order entry EDI, and CRM related activities. This is a responsible non-supervisory position. Principal Accountabilities: Project Management: Applying tesas project management standard across all initiatives. Project Planning: Developing detailed project plan, defining scope and deliverables. In-time and Budget: Ensuring timely completion of project milestones and allocating resources efficiently. Stakeholder Management: Identifying project stakeholders, understanding their needs/expectations, and ensuring effective communication. Team Management: Managing a project team, assigning tasks and ensuring effective communication. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing contingency plans and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Procurement and Service Provider Management: Identifying project procurement needs, preparing requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluating proposals, and managing relationships. Innovation: Identifying opportunities to streamline current process by using technology to support increased efficiencies. Hiring Requirements: Masters degree in supply chain, Business, Economics or Engineering or comparable experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain/customer care context. Experience in managing cross-functional projects and international stakeholder groups. History of introducing and implementing technology upgrades. Excellent communication skills in an international environment. Strong collaboration and matrix leadership skills. Proven record and strong drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong day to day contributor with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions based on data. Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact in multi-cultural and international environment. Ability to network and build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment. SAP experience regarding supply chain strongly preferred. Must be able to travel as required domestically/internationally up to 10%.
