Responsibilities
• Become a HEDIS subject matter expert in MRR execution and population submission requirements.• Manage key strategic relationships for supplemental data sharing.• Develop documentation for the design and implementation of HEDIS interventions.• Support internal project management and facilitation of HEDIS related activities.• Assist with developing and executing enterprise-wide proactive HEDIS strategies.• Manage Quality Improvement, HEDIS, and Population Health projects.• Communicate effectively, including training, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field.• Minimum 5 years of healthcare and managed care experience.• Minimum 2 years of experience in HEDIS Reporting and annual HEDIS MRR Project.• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.• Experience working with senior leadership and cross matrix partners.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Experience in setting and monitoring progress towards goals.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.• Willingness to travel 15% of the time.
