This role involves overseeing the development and execution of service strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery processes. The Program Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence, maximize equipment uptime, and contribute to overall customer success. The Program Director will play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall success of the mining initiatives.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic service plans aligned with the overall business objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and new offerings. Develop and implement strategic plans for the mining business to align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform program strategies. Service Program Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of mining equipment service programs to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages team members to contribute their expertise to the success of the programs. Collaborate with service managers to set program goals, KPIs, and ensure effective resource allocation. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring that programs are tailored to meet those needs. Address customer concerns promptly and work to enhance overall customer experience. Technical Support and Training:Develop and implement technical support strategies to provide timely and effective assistance to customers. Coordinate training programs for customers and service personnel to ensure competence in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold service standards. Ensure that service programs comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the mining programs. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets for service programs, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource utilization. Contribute to revenue growth through the development of service contracts, upgrades, and other revenue-generating initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in program management or service management within the mining equipment or heavy machinery industry. Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex service programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of mining equipment service processes, industry standards, mining equipment technologies, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
