Today 1 in 8 couples has trouble conceiving and in more than 50% of the cases a male factor is involved. Male fertility issues frequently go undiagnosed and untreated. Just as all women are treated by physicians with specialized gynecologic training and expertise, we believe men deserve treatment from male fertility specialists. Our goal is to proactively work with men to facilitate the birth of a healthy child as easily and inexpensively as possible!
Posterity Health offers male fertility expertise through a combination of virtual visits, at home diagnostics, and in-person consults. Bachelor's degree and track record of academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
Patient Lifecycle tracking
for key partnership programs. Assist in the design and execution of new revenue generating programs. Track patients through their lifecycle from authorization to treatment completion ensuring that the process and program are working effectively. Integrate the new program into the standard Patient Experience SOPs so that the program is properly resourced and highly scalable. Provide ad-hoc program reporting when needed. Programs may include:
Fertility Benefit Manager programs
Fertility Center Enterprise Agreement
Strategic Payor relationships
Service Partner enablement & performance . Manage key supplier relationships to ensure service delivery, SOP alignment and partner performance. Service Partner assignments may include:
At-Home semen analysis relationships
At-Home hormone panel relationships
Procedure financing programs
Directed Donor cryo-preservation program
Supplement inventory management and manufacturing:
Tissue transfer services
Scrotal Ultrasound network of radiology partners (as needed)
Invoice Coordination : Oversee and keep invoiced accounts on track from invoice generation to posted payment including collections efforts
Targeted sales campaigns
Bundled Procedure cost accounting : Support team in the organization and accounting of procedure payments per facility and ASC fee schedule arrangements.
