Starting Compensation: $67,007.68 - $77,046.99 annual salary based on experience.

Full-time position as direct supervisor for eight therapist/case manager positions and 3 support staff positions. Provides clinical and administrative supervision. Works with supervisory team to assign cases. Approves and authorizes initial plans of service and ongoing service delivery. Assists program director in hiring. Promotes and supports staff implementation of evidence-based practices. Oversees all program activities and monitors for positive outcomes. Oversees support staff and medication clinic scheduling. Provides a degree of clinical direct service determined by program director.

Valid Michigan driver's license required. Some evening hours required. Job Specific Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling required with Michigan Licensure as LMSW, LLP or LPC. Minimum of three years child/adolescent mental health experience. Effective teaming & strong collaboration skills required. Supervisory experience preferred.
