PROGRAM ACCOUNTANT WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO Work collaboratively with the Accounting and Finance team to analyze financial dataPrepare a variety of financial reportsCreate charts and graphs to improve presentation of data as well as providing solutions to accounting issues as they ariseInvestigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularitiesSet up programs and charge codes in the accounting systemAssist with the project invoicing process and weekly revenue review meetingsProvide support for monthly revenue and cost entriesPrepare month-end program accounting related journal entriesAs needed, assist with financial auditsYOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS (Note: you must meet every qualification in order to be considered): Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in Accounting or Finance2+ years' experience in related fieldTHESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE Data analysis – must be comfortable using software programs to process data and interpret the results through critical thinkingBusiness knowledge – solid understanding of business and operational fundamentals, especially in Accounting and FinanceOrganization skills – capable of multitasking and managing their time wellCommunication skills – requires excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong familiarity with productivity tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPointAbility to quickly learn industry-related regulations Important information:
