A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION WORKER / SHIPYARD LABORER As a Production Worker / Shipyard Laborer, you will enjoy being part of a team that builds award-winning passenger ferries and research vessels. During boat construction and under the direction of our Craft Supervisors, you will participate in the manufacturing of large boats. Your responsibilities, whether working alone or alongside others, will support the greater team's success as a whole!
To ensure that production is as efficient and safe as possible, you can expect to work hard to keep the boat and work areas clean, organized, and clear of debris and clutter. You will grow to love performing a wide range of duties throughout your day and never fail to keep quality and safety in mind.
