Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com.This role in summaryThe Production Tech (Pro Tech) Program Leader will develop, lead, and continuously improve a program to train and support Pro Tech activity across all shifts. This position must become capable of conducting all Pro Tech job assignments and facilitate or coordinate training pertaining to those requirements. Training requirements to include safety, technical, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies. This position will also function as Insinkerator's WCM Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Specialist and with support from manufacturing engineers and subject matter experts, this role will help define AM responsibilities.The Pro Tech Program Leader will have dotted-line responsibility for Pro Techs while the Production Supervisors maintain direct oversight. Although this is primarily a 1st shift position, this person will be required to work split shifts to support off shifts.
