Responsibilities
• Move material from wire storage to machine• Keep wire storage clean• Feed wire into machines• Count parts• Move completed parts• Update electronic records• Ensure proper gaging/tools/material• Coordinate oil changes• Coordinate with tool room/engineering/planning/quality• Manage oil storage area and crushed can area• Ensure compliance with EHS rules
Requirements
• Attention to detail• Strong communication skills• Previous experience in manufacturing or working with machinery desired• Ability to walk continuously for hours• Capable of lifting 25 pounds• Certification in mobile equipment• Ability to converse with others in a supplier/customer relationship• Training in oil storage and handling• High School Diploma or GED preferred• Legally authorized to work in the United States
