Responsibilities
• Direct Team Leaders and hourly production members• Collaborate in assigned manufacturing area• Achieve production goals• Achieve production performance numbers, quality, scrap, and costs• Assigned areas could include assembly, injection molding, powertrain, stamping, urethane, welding, etc.
Requirements
• Associate Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field• Or equivalent combination of education and experience• Bachelor's Degree preferred• Minimum of 3 years' manufacturing experience• 2 years' leadership or supervisory experience• Fast-paced manufacturing experience, preferably automotive• Good working knowledge and understanding of continuous lean improvement concepts• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle• Experience with production systems like Toyota Production System (TPS)• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and the Internet
