Production Supervisor Nd Shift

We are actively seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for an opening on our second shift in our Ark City, KS facility.
We operate 24 / 7, 7 days per week. This opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime 2nd Shift 2pm to 10pm Salary: 60K-$70K+ DOE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  -Responsible for working in a safe manner, supporting and adhering to all Safety policies, procedures and regulations. 
-Responsible for working in a manner, adhering to all policies and procedures that support Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements. 
-Directly supervises up to 50 employees.
- Responsible for all aspects of production. 
-Oversee that all company policies and procedures are followed. 
-Reviews production records. 
-Plans and facilitates team meetings. 
-Evaluates employee's performance. 
-Measures performance throughout work shifts. 
-Efficiently manages priorities. 
-Training of new employees.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:  -Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent 
-5-8 years of Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
