IMKO Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Production Supervisor.
In this postion you would make sure to oversee all of production and ensure that safety quality and service is being achieved.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Bilingual is always a plus but not a requirement
Manfacturing
Team building
Daily Functions:

Daily and on-time attendance is of utmost importance
Work OT as required by management
Assist in making and maintaining production schedule for designated areas
Track associates productivity on a daily basis
Handle any personnel issues as they come up
STRONG attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to particpate as a piller leader
Must be able to follow quality requirements
Follow GMP, food safety, employee safety, pest control
This position will supervise the entire company productions. He or she will answer directly to the Production Manager.
Pay for this Supervisor position ranges from 55,000-65,000
