Responsibilities include: Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift. Collaborate with other night shift departments. Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator Ensure safety of all employees Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team. Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution The ideal candidate holds: 2 years of experience in management within a dairy or pasteurization facility Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills. Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations. Familiarity working with data management programs.
