We are hiring an Elastomer Production Supervisor who will be responsible for our Elastomer team at our Cunningham location. This position will report to the Production Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage Elastomer production based of customer backlog
Help engineering's root cause performance issues
Train Press operators and other shop personnel
Plan weekly production schedules
Work with supply chain to arrange raw materials in a timely manner
Manage the ERP system to help with manufacturing efficiency

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience with Elastomer manufacturing
Experience with compression, transfer and injection molding of elastomeric parts
Experience with pressure control elastomer manufacturing would be preferable
High School Diploma
