Job Title: Production Planner

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resources Coordinate with various departments, such as procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow Monitor inventory levels and initiate actions to avoid stockouts or excess inventory Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, such as process optimization or cost reduction initiatives Experienced using internal ERP systems to track projects and work flow Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Associates in business administration, operations management, or a related field Proven experience as a production planner or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
