Production Operator, Reel-to-Reel
Newark, DEOnsite (M-F 7:30am-4pm)As a Production Operator, Reel-to-Reel title you will maintain and operate Reel-to-Reel ( RTR ) web handling equipment, perform in-process inspections, maintain batch records and SOPs, conduct ERP transactions, and manufacture liquid and dried sub-components required for diagnostic kit production.This is for our Romer Labs division which offers a broad range of innovative products and services covering mycotoxins, food pathogens, food allergens, gluten, GMO , veterinary drug residues and melamine. + Follow production schedules to deliver materials for downstream processes
+ Maintain batch records, execute SOPs, and use SAP to track work order execution
+ Manufacture liquid and dried sub-components for diagnostic
+ Participate in inventory checks, order supplies, cross-train, and troubleshoot to improve processes and resolve product issues

You bring:+ Associate's degree, or secondary education preferred
+ Diagnostic industry experience preferred
+ Experience in operating and maintaining machinery, reel-to-reel experience a plus
+ Microsoft Office experience
+ Ability to perform in-process inspections on raw materials and semi-finished goods
+ Proficiency in using SAP for inventory tracking and work order execution preferred
