Job Title: Production Operator (Summer Help) Role & Responsibilities: Performance of various manual labor tasks in factory environment. Follow established safety rules. Must be willing and able to learn equipment operation from instruction and self-study. Able to interpret verbal and written instructions. Possess basic communication and problem-solving skills. Open to shiftwork, weekends, and overtime as required. Qualifications & Requirements: This is a temporary position for a fixed duration. Must be at least 18 years of age. Positions are typically extended to students to assist with meeting school expenses. Ability to meet the essential physical requirements of the position. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Additional Information: Shift: 1 st or 2 nd shift as assigned. Day shift is typically Monday – Thursday 5:15am - 3:45pm plus overtime and weekends as required. Swing shift is typically Monday – Thursday 3:45pm - 2:15am plus overtime and weekends as required. Department: Joint Treatment Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
