Job Description As a Production Operator II, you will operate your multiple assigned positions and/or any other tasks or projects safely and efficiently to optimally produce quality work. This may include the placement and testing of electrical components, cleaning of finished products, or loading of raw materials into machines.
Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines according to position Standard Work Instructions (SWI)  Clean and prepare workstation and machines.??  Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements.  Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.??  Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.??  Check final assembly for finish, labelling, and packaging methods.???  Complete other tasks as required and/or directed.??  Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.?  Skills Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, ability to distinguish between colors.??  Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.  Intermediate computer literacy; ability to analyze and interpret data read-outs.  Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, leads, coworkers, etc.  Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot basic issues with machinery/position.  Soldering experience is an asset.  Traits Coachable and willing to learn.  Dependable and reliable (attendance & punctuality).  Team and customer oriented.  Attention to detail.  Problem Solving.  Continuous learning focused.  Ability to lift objects less than 25 pounds and team lift objects approximately 60 pounds.  Able to stand, walk and work on feet for 8+ hours.  Education and/or Experience  High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 years' minimum Production experience, 2 years preferred.  Additional Information Compensation and Benefits Starting Hourly Wage of $19.50/hr Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, and holiday) 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Plans Health Savings Account option Supplemental/Voluntary Insurance Plans Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Program  Employee Recognition Programs Employee PV Panel Purchase Program
