• Manage, cut, and trim meat and seafood• Assist with department inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising• Provide excellent service and drive sales• Handle production for key items• Maintain knowledge of products and assist guests in finding products• Manage quality product levels• Monitor temperature of cases and storage areas• Enforce department practices regarding receiving and stocking• Ensure department adherence to safety requirements• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Requirements
• Passion for providing extraordinary service• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat• Must be at least 18 years of age
