Job Description: The Production Manager will lead all production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborating with various departments, including safety, engineering, supply chain & materials, administration, and quality, the Production Manager will drive operational efficiency and cost reduction. Key responsibilities include:
Providing leadership to ensure a safe work environment and equipping employees with necessary resources. Developing, implementing, and auditing quality processes to meet organizational standards. Establishing procedures to comply with regulatory requirements, HSE policies, and Lean manufacturing principles. Educating and coaching employees on production frameworks and facilitating continuous improvement. Managing employee timecards and overseeing administrative tasks. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Effective management of employees with professionalism Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration Attention to detail and multitasking abilities Team player with problem-solving skills Experience in continuous quality improvement Preferred: SAP Business Processing System experience Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing or related field. 5+ years in personnel management. Education: Bachelor's degree required (Technical degree preferred).
