Requirements
• Experience in production management, preferably in electrical/data components or related industry• Strong project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, quality control)• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to manage and motivate a team• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methods• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field• Knowledge of electrical and/or data systems is a plus• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
