Summary: The Production Coordinator will support the plant manager and supervisors to ensure production, inventory, bill of lading, and invoice ticketing happen efficiently and timely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Start production process by using Axapta software to put orders into system. Close orders by adding freight charges and tracking numbers to sales orders by using D365 software. Create production lines for product to put into inventory. End production accurately by coordinating lines with paperwork. Entering inventory adjustments into a journal to balance inventory. Complete all tasks for Merrill division. Other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, required. One year of office experience, preferred. Exceptional communication/organizational skills. Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
