Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apparel Production Assistant to support our production team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities related to the manufacturing of apparel. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and reliable individual with a passion for the fashion and clothing industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and overseeing the production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of apparel. Collaborate with the production team to monitor inventory levels and manage raw materials and resources. Track and report production progress, identifying and resolving any potential delays or issues. Ensure that quality control standards are met at each stage of production. Assist in scheduling and coordinating work with suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Handle administrative tasks related to production, such as data entry, document organization, and communication with suppliers and team members. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements in the production process. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or degree in fashion or production management is a plus. Previous experience in apparel manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). A passion for the apparel industry and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
