Our climate-controlled site has 27 different nationalities, and 9 active employee resource groups.Roles and Responsibilities:Role Summary:Assemble electrical components and systems (harnesses, sensors, igniters, leads and exciters)Cut, strip, and crimp wire as requiredPerforms visual & basic measurement inspection of parts subsequent to assembly stepsPerforms functional tests using a variety of equipment to verify accuracy and functionality (i.e. electrical, helium, and leak tests as required)Essential ResponsibilitiesIn addition, you will:Follow written work instructions, processes, and proceduresBe trained to obtain all required certifications of departmentWork with hazardous materialsUse a wide variety of hand and/or power tools as requiredAbility to do weight measuring as requiredRead and interpret dimensional measurements as required (calipers, and scales)Be cross-train as requiredQualifications/RequirementsActively participate in a teaming environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processesBasic computer skillsBasic math skillsBasic ERP skillsBasic written and verbal communications skillsEligibility Requirements:Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationsHigh School diploma or GEDDesired Characteristics:Ability to read and interpret blueprintsSoldering and electronics manufacturing experienceAssembly and Braze experienceDimensional and electrical trainingExcellent attendance historyAbility to produce error free productsStrives to meet or exceed job requirementsThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
