Duties
Help set expectations and guide Homeowner through the pre-construction process. Updating and keeping accurate schedules for each homeowner. Proactively and consistently communicating with homeowners and coworkers to ensure a smooth transition to dig. Keeping accurate records and providing administrative support for the respective office and field staff involved while meeting deadlines. Understanding zoning and permit regulations for designated territories. Participating in weekly meetings and coordinating the dig schedule with Construction Managers. Continuously looking for ways to improve systems and processes within the role. Working directly with Field Managers and Sales Managers Work closely with financial institutions, estimating department, Drafters, and permits Skill-set/Qualifications should include
