CLA is currently seeking a
Product Owner - Lead
to join our growing internal IT team, the
essential job functions
are as follows:
Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that product features are developed according to specifications and meet user needs.
Communicate product roadmap, priorities, and status to stakeholders and executive management.
Communicating the product vision and goals to the development team
Ensure product deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on-time.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with product stakeholders and partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
Make decisions regarding product features, functionality, and user experience.
Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
What you will need:
Experience:
Ten years experience working in project management and/or change management. Expertise with Microsoft Power Point as well as the full Microsoft suite of products.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Certifications / Licenses
Scrum Product Owner /Agile Certification preferred
