About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of our product offerings. We are looking for someone who is creative, resourceful, and driven to deliver top-notch product marketing assets. This position is integral to achieving our current objectives and future growth strategies.
What You'll Do
Product Positioning and Messaging:
Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that sets our products apart.
Collaborate with the product team to understand product capabilities, features, and benefits, and translate them into clear and persuasive value propositions.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment and successful product launches.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to inform product and marketing strategies.
Customer Insights and Feedback:
Gather valuable customer feedback and insights to shape product development and marketing strategies.
Develop customer personas and use cases to drive targeted marketing and sales efforts.
Sales Enablement:
Create sales tools and materials, including presentations, product demos, and training materials, to support the sales team.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell our products.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of product marketing experience in the healthcare or technology industry.
Deep understanding of the healthcare market, trends, and customer needs.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams with strong organizational and project management skills.
