Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health. Responsibilities:• In close engagement with stakeholders, including EE, Technology and Marketing:o Manage the development and lifecycle of EE Products to align with business goals to be functionally consistent, stable, scalable and highly user intuitiveo Develop and refine product strategy and roadmapo Lead Product Management design and enhancement strategies with EE partners and Operations SMEso Partner with Technology to design and prototype new products and deliver product enhancements through understanding emerging technologies and anticipating operational needo Develop go-to-market strategies and messaging• Design and author Onboarding Procedures, User Guides, User Setup in partnership with Enablement Lead and Marketing• Partner with Business Engagement Lead(s) to facilitate Intake prioritization• Conduct pre-Functional testing/data testing/PVT• Maintain and support Product, as required• Provide input to communications and training design• Check and challenge intake and assist with BoW prioritization Qualifications:• 5-7 years of experience managing targeted solutions to global business communities• Collaborative attitude and able to work with technology and business partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery• Quick learner with an analytical and flexible thinking style• Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teams• Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requestsEducation:• Bachelor's degree------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Project and Program Management------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Program Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$103,920.00 - $155,880.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
