As a Product Manager, you will work with the product and engineering teams, as well as partners across the organization to set clear goals and strategies that drive key outcomes through iteration on our products. As part of the Product team, you will contribute to product vision and strategy, while owning the discovery, definition, prioritization, planning, release management, testing, and stakeholder communication processes for your product. ResponsibilitiesDisplay strong leadership, organizational, and execution skillsUnderstand user pain points, rapidly problem-solve, and convert ideas into working prototypes that can be used to validate hypothesesWork with internal and external users to define product requirements, develop product specifications, and execute against themCollaborate with engineering teams to define information architectures, UX flows, and wireframesConduct market research, gather user feedback, and drive outcomes through the adoption of new featuresEnsure high-quality delivery by leading weekly planning sessions, anticipating blocking issues, and making informed tradeoff decisions in order to balance the business needs with technical constraintsPartner with executive stakeholders and team members at all levels to make sure that the team is solving problems for users in ways that work for the businessAssist in troubleshooting activities and ongoing support of the productMinimum Qualifications3+ years of product experience in digital health or healthcare IT working in an Agile environmentExperience directly working and communicating with a software engineering teamExperience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues and leading multi-disciplinary teamsExperience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch executionSystems thinking, with operational and process focus and unrelenting attention-to-detailHighly analytical and metrics focused with strong Excel and/or SQL knowledgeBA/BS degreePreferred QualificationsExperience developing healthcare products, technologies, and platformsExperience with prototyping and wireframing solutions such as Figma and SketchExposure to value-based healthcareHealthcare technology industry experience FHIR, HL7, claims processing / EDI, HIPAA compliance, etc.A combination of large and early-stage company experienceGeneral home and community-based services (HCBS) and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledgeExperience using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Chameleon, and Freshpaint
