How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
The Product Manager develops market/product strategies and tactics, as well as interfacing with commercial partners to drive regulatory approval and implementation. In addition, you will provide the leadership to execute plans to drive the development of platform and product category strategies/roadmaps and successful global commercialization of product solutions and technologies to support the delivery of defined business objectives.  In addition, you are responsible for providing field support, product development support and engaging in customer events.
What you'll do:
Develops and implements key marketing collateral materials, clinical education programs, and other marketing activities using PowerPoint and other Multi-media tools to help support the branding of the product line with our customer and partners.  This may involve collaboration with external resources including alliance partners and/or medical professionals.  Implements annual tactical plans and develops strategic marketing plans to include short term, mid-term, and long-term goals and objectives for the respective product groups. This includes situational analysis of the market and products, revenue forecasts, competitive analysis, and identification of key opportunities and threats. Evaluates the product-marketing plan and makes recommendations to ensure compatibility with LifeNet Health's mission.  Analyzes sales trends and develops product portfolio plans to fill product gaps and align with new product development efforts.  Identifies market needs and makes recommendations for these products.Provides ongoing support and collaborates with representatives of LifeNet Health, key opinion leaders, and Alliance partners regarding product material development, issues of product performance, and product quality improvement. Additionally, provides support to end users, field representatives, and client services staff by providing presentations focused on increasing product knowledge and clinical application training.  Uses these surgeon relationships to gather information on product use, obstacles to use and techniques that would be helpful in advancing product usage.Works closely with R&D teams to support new product development and launch efforts; this includes validating new product design, functionality and clinical applications with customers as well as implementing marketing and sales plans. Provides support and corrective action plans to maintain corporate objectives.  Leads specific teams to improve processes to create efficiencies within the CV Franchise.Attends activities associated with the coordination of tradeshow and professional society meetings pertaining to the respective product.Develops and maintains relationships with "key opinion leaders" in the surgical community relative to the product to aid in new product development and positioning of current product lines.Implements pricing and product offering strategies based on customer needs and processing feasibility.Collaborates with cross-functional teams in the resolution of challenges and roadblocks. Bachelor's degreeValid State Driver's LicenseThree (3) years of experience in medical device marketing or other healthcare regulated environment Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university.Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university.Two (2) years of experience in the specified field, one (1) year of experience in the development and market introduction of new medical products. This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
