At Nike, it's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.THE OVERVIEWThe Product Logistics Specialist will operationalize inventory to a space by organizing, tracking, and securing product in a centralized location and will also understand the logistics of the product movement. Ultimately reducing the "chase" time for product; enabling less physical product to serve more of the company's needs and minimizing product loss.THE DELIVERABLES:Steward the product in the facility through its lifecycle including delivery receipt, unboxing, organizing, storing, retrieving and on-campus delivery of productProcess inbound staging & receiving merchandiseMaintain on-hand merchandise, inventory audits and cycle countsPull product for executions, often on same-day noticeProcess outbound shipping of merchandise and inventory liquidationsCreate packing lists for shipping and carnetsCoordinate and process return of merchandise once production is completeSupport Product Inventory Leads and ManagerSupport and direct Seasonal Product Management TeamsServe the needs of the tenants while observing policies and protocols for product security, access and availabilityLogistics Experience is a MustExcel proficiency is required, and full working knowledge of MS Office Suite is needed, familiarity with Airtable, Tableau, SAP, Keynote and any WMS system a plusDocument process best practices & improvements areas and validate the effectiveness of actions takenIdentify and elevate risks, issues, roadblocks and suggest solutionsProactively contribute to a problem-solving Product Management communityMaintain and organize sample, product and prop storage areasWork with clients, vendors, and logistic providers to secure missing samplesProvide Excellent Customer ServiceWHAT YOU WILL BRINGBachelor's Degree Preferred3+ years experience in shipping, receiving, customer service, retail, or stock room type environment Be available to work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Commit to no electronic devices during team meetings or 1:1s (Unless designated as note taker)Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group or peopleTechnical aptitudeStrong influence, collaboration, presentation and organization skillsFlexible and able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Enthusiastic, positive, professional, and able to work well under pressure.Detail-oriented team playerExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt to an ever-changing environmentMust be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach and twistLocation: Nike WHQ - Beaverton, ORWork: In-person – 5 days per week. No remote/hybrid option.
