In this role, you have the opportunity Take charge of the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes. Pitcher of new product industrialization projects towards the siteReview, escalate and deploy the product changes from/to suppliers including material, equipment, process, end of life. Etc. You are responsible for: Initiate and oversee process technology development activities in the context of New Product Generation as well as product and solution technology roadmap.Ensure adherence to the applicable process for product introductions, qualifications and releaseResponsible for Manufacturing input in PDLM process focusing on DfMAT,Initiate and execute Capex optimization for initial investmentsIs accountable for process and Manufacturing Requirements based on Product Specifications and Test Requirements from I&DIs accountable for the process and equipment capability that meets these RequirementsOrchestrate design for lean manufacturing with according inputs to PDLM workflows.Responsible for PDLM-driven design changes in Philips factories and at suppliers and their implementation (copy from Standard JD, if this represents the key task of the new hire, or if you like to add more detailed activities?)Is accountable for MF BOM and routing Master data until release to shipment and for PDLM ruled changesIs accountable for establishing Inspection and Test Criteria for Philips owned components and assembliesApplies lean manufacturing principlesEmploy equipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy, safe, and secure work environmentExecute the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safety, Cost regulatory- and environmental requirements as well as local laws , Philips General Business principles and other policies You are a part of As a result of Philips renewed commitment to Quality, it has recently restructured its organization to ensure you and your department have clear interfaces with Philips Business Group and Market leadership, and can harness the expertise of five Centers of Excellence (COEs). These 5 COEs specialize in the following capabilities: Regulatory & Clinical Affairs, Supplier Quality, Quality Management System, Quality Assurance & Engineering, and Compliance & Audit. As part of this new structure, you are empowered to use your voice and expertise to have a positive impact on your team, our business, and health technologies that will improve the health, well-being and care for people around world. 
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following BS Engineering discipline or technical field, major in Elec-mechanical, electronical, Industrial, or mechanical engineering education is preferred.5+ years of experience in Operations, manufacturing engineering related functions, open to candidate from Quality, RD, Project management If they have strong engineering backgroundGeneral understanding of product development process and design control is preferred/requiredAbility to work in a cross functional environment at remote locationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills requiredMethodical, effective troubleshooting/problem solving skills requiredExperience IQ, OQ, PQ Validation Strategies preferredExperience with notified bodies(China NMPA/ USA FDA) regulated medical device manufacturing in a Lean production environment preferred US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
