As a Product Associate in Client Central Sales Optimization, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Be the escalation point for ongoing user/stakeholder feedback and branch technology support, support branch readiness through training and communications content Be the subject matter expert and owner of the agile creation of specific features and functionality to enhance the Client Relationship Management (CRM) including: Create and document user stories and refine acceptance criteria for development. Facilitate design sessions and stakeholder reviews Manage development throughout testing and delivery Advocate for clients, bankers, and the needs of the firm persuasively and relentlessly in environments with and without positional authority; representing the voice of the field when introducing changes; responding to employee feedback to continue and improve sales tools/systems Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Excellent skills with Jira, PowerPoint, Word, & Excel, analyzing and documenting complex business requirements Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Retail/branch banking experience Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or extensive user experience SharePoint and Confluence experience preferred.
