Policy Forms Compliance & Development Specialist - Remote Position
Location: Sun Valley, NV (Remote work from home available)

A leading financial protection company is seeking a Policy Forms Compliance & Development Specialist to enhance its competitive edge and ensure product compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for policy forms inquiries from internal stakeholders, including Legal, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Underwriting teams.
- Evaluate and draft policy language for both new and existing products.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential new products and markets, such as trusts and labor unions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and analyze new legislation's impact on Employee Benefits products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in underwriting or product development
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation preferred
