Chipton-Ross is seeking 6 Product Acceptance Spec B's for a contract opportunity in Wichita, KS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
100% onsite
May be some OT
Long hours on feet
Lots of walking, climbing and standing
Some confined spaces
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
Top 3-5 Skills needed to perform this role/job: AS9100, FAA regulations, QMS Training.
Aerospace manufacturing
Basic computing ability.
AS-9100 Certification
Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate).
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
WORK HOURS: MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 1st, 2nd or 3rd SHIFT.
