Producer - Commercial Lines Or Employee Benefits

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Producer.  You will be responsible for sales, marketing, and client service in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You should possess a strong knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in the field of Commercial Lines or Employee Benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. 
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a book of business for commercial lines products or employee benefits. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and retain existing clients. Cross sells existing clients on our commercial or employee benefit products. Cultivate relationships with partners, underwriters, and carriers. Serve as a technical resource on commercial line or employee benefit products. Provide clients with exceptional customer service and respond promptly to requests. Maintain accurate records of client activity and complete timely filing of paperwork. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience insurance sales or producer experience. Active P&C and/or Life & Health license. Strong knowledge of the commercial lines or employee benefits. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Benefits Competitive Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (DOE) + Commission (50% on new business & 50% on renewals)
