Job Summary:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and analyzing reports to support our global sourcing requirements. Your insights will contribute to enhancing our procurement operations, ultimately driving our success in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and implement innovative reports to meet the diverse needs of our accounts, clients, and global sourcing initiatives.
Uphold the integrity of our data systems by ensuring accuracy and making enhancements where necessary to boost accessibility and usefulness.
Gather and consolidate data from various channels, ensuring its reliability and relevance.
Collaborate closely with our global sourcing team to align data reporting and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
Share your expertise by providing training to new and existing users of our database and reports.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support our procurement objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in materials management, purchasing, or procurement roles.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure advantageous terms.
Knowledge of contract management principles and best practices.
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in procurement management software and tools.
Excellent relationship-building skills with suppliers and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a knack for conducting insightful price analysis.
