Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE This role supports VNA through Procurement program administration activities and serves as the initial point of contact for internal stakeholder and vendor support.
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Performs Procurement program administration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement (e.g. Travel, Corporate Cards, SUA, eCatalogs, etc.)
Monitors ServicePro ticketing queues and provides timely resolution of stakeholder questions (e.g. Travel, Corporate Cards, Purchases, etc.) using direct knowledge of the various purchasing programs or by connecting with the appropriate member of the Procurement team to obtain the answer
Is responsible for maintaining content on internal procurement web-site, including national and global framework agreements, organizational content.
Updates VNA Principal Contract list as needed
Updates Ariba Preferred Supplier Data in Ariba as needed
Processes consolidated vendor invoices as needed
Completes procurement-related quarterly attestations for Internal Controls
Supports development of procurement process documentation and training
Actively contributes to driving continuous improvement within the Purchasing Operations team
Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background High school diploma/GED required
Bachelors degree preferred
Two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or GSuite
