Job summary
The Procurement & Inventory Manager is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and supplier managementOversees inventory management processes, including accuracy and stock levelsWorks closely with other departments to forecast demand and maintain proper stock levels

Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the procurement process for necessary supplies, equipment, and services• Accurately forecast demand and ensure stock levels are aligned with the needs of the business• Maintain inventory management processes, policies, and systems for accuracy• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors• Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers• Perform daily inventory activities including counting and tracking inventory levels• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a Procurement & Inventory Manager or similar role• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, including buying and negotiating contracts• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities• Knowledge of inventory management concepts and techniques• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
