Summary of Responsibilities


The Coordinator supports the Site and Group Procurement Organization in the execution of local and global transportation, customs compliance, and import/export regulatory adherence strategies. The Coordinator certifies accurate, effective execution of the procure to pay (P2P) process initiation in line with contractual arrangements with suppliers ensuring compliance to Group Procurement Policies and enabling efficient transactional processing.



Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1 year of related work experience No budgetary control experience necessary No Supervisory experience required Preferred Qualifications: Associates in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related 1-3 Years of experience in procurement/supply chain management Physical Job Requirements: Walking Standing Push/Pull Climbing Lifting Essential Skills: Reading/Writing Computer programs Driving SAP (or equivalent ERM software preferred) Provalido (preferred) Understanding and familiarity with process controls Job Details Hybrid (majority of work may be done remotely) Monday through Friday; 8 am to 5pm. Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed. Up to 5% of total working hours may require travel Individual will be expected to achieve and hold an L level clearance Emergency Response requirements are negotiable Work Environment: General Office, some exposure to Plant/Production spaces with Low light, near moving parts, radiation, chemicals, vibration, outdoor with extreme cold, heat, wet or humid conditions Essential Skills: Reading/Writing Computer programs Driving Primary Functions Perform in accordance with our Foundational Behaviours, company values, and URENCO Behaviors. Work with the Procurement Team to ensure regulatory requirements are met for all delivered goods and services Resolve transportation/delivery issues/problems with suppliers Develop, maintain, and record applicable Procurement procedures and records. Ensure records are maintained in accordance with URENCO guidelines and other regulatory guidance Develop and maintain Procurement procedures, documents, and records as required to maintain compliance Develop and Administer the P-Card Program, including roll-out of Card Payments and Automation Projects to reduce the number of P2P transactions required Process purchase orders in accordance with URENCO's policies and procedures to drive value and compliance for the Company, requiring frequent communication with the Category Management Teams, business partners, and Requisitioners Work with customers/stakeholders and the procurement team to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for P2P processes The duties and responsibilities listed above do not reflect the position desc;ription in full and in complete detail. Compensation starting at: $72094 - $ 94571 / year and up dependent on candidate.
