Procurement Analyst

Job Role: Procurement Technician
Location :Plano, TX

Job Description :
We need a technician in onsite, who understands procurement process. This is 100% onsite and local is preferred.
We need someone with Diploma in any domain (no engineering required) with 3 to 4 years experience.

Job Overview:-
Creation and approval of PR and POs using SAP, SAP Ariba and other legacy systems
This includes working with Procuring, Finance, IT and Management as needed
Participate in procurement invoice resolution and other escalation calls
Working to add new vendors per Procurement procedures
Ordering, tracking and shipping devices internally and externally
This includes HCP and other partners
Tracking, submission, follow up to secure approval of invoices from various vendors.
SAP Ariba
SAP Concur

Preferred expertise:
Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Concur
Great communication skills
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent at follow up, resolving multi departmental issues and completing assignments on time.
Proven experience working with multiple vendors.
Prior experience of working with multiple cross functional teams
Understanding of shipping procedures
Ability to perform device upgrades as technician.
