Processing Supervisor

Location: West Seneca, NY
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 DOE + extensive benefits, generous PTO, and 401k 
Requirements: 1+ year supervising others and 3+ years working within manufacturing

What You Will Be Doing - Achieve established department goals for volume, quality, safety, and cost
- Manage and coordinate daily production activities
- Assign job responsibilities to employees
- Maintain employee records
- Prepare weekly schedule and job assignments
- Submit W/O when necessary for safety, quality, equipment repairs, and process improvements
- Responsible for safety compliance requirements
- Ensure that food quality and food safety are the highest priority in the facility
- Conduct accident investigations when necessary
- Coordinate with purchasing in monitoring inventory control and variance control of all packaging materials
What You Need for this Position
- 1+ year of experience supervising others
- 2+ years working within a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- P roficiency in MS Windows, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate the performance of direct reports
