Process/Project Engineer Ii

Global Mfg client is seeking a Project / Process Engineer. Position reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for all project-based engineering needs at the site. 25% travel required.
Required Experience: BS ChemE or BSME required 3+ years in engineering with prior work in chemical manufacturing Practical understanding of pneumatics, automated control systems, and distributive control systems Knowledge of chemical safety codes as it relates to piping and equipment Familiarity with project management, PMP preferred Prior use of Microsoft Projects and SAP Worked in a PSM and/or RMP environments Knowledge of PHA/HAZOP/MOC Ability to manage and/or support multiple projects at once. TEAM PLAYER Can travel up to 25% Duties: Support multiple projects and maintain all documentation as it relates to each project Create and update project schedules, budgets, scope of work, resources, and equipment specifications Provide updates to all stakeholders Develop processes, sequence of ops, and control strategies Participate in Process Hazard Analysis activities Compensation $100 - 125k base + bonus Benefits = 401k savings, tuition reimbursement Relocation = lump sum relo assistance is available
