Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Lead technologyintegration activities in enabling manufacturability ofstate-of-the-artAdvanced DRAM technology, working on device components such as charge storage devicesandthin-film transistors (TFTs), among others.Engage withnumerouscross-functional teams includingprocessdevelopment,productengineering,design,yieldimprovement,advancedmaskand probe to arrive at solutions to yield and marginissuesDesign and handle experiments in the R&DfabOptimize process flows and develop creative solutions to meet product requirements.Extract, supervise, analyze, and react to inline data,defectdata, param data and probe data to fix yield issues, performance, reliability, add process margin and reduce costs.Lead /participatein continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.Summarize sophisticated problems, derive, explain actions taken to address them and drive team to implementthem.Qualifications:You have a detailed knowledge of mainstream memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND, etc.acquiredthrough significant proven contributions.You are an expertin semiconductor device physics.You havestrongunderstanding of semiconductor process integration and process development.You understand the challenges and opportunities facing alternative memory technologiesisencouraged.You arevery familiarwith bothprocessintegration &circuit/architecture issues as they relate to memory.You are proficientwithdata analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.You have proven project manageAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
