Responsibilities
• Provide project management leadership to drive enhancements to M2C processes• Facilitate continuous improvement exercises and coaching• Manage engaging presentations to provide updates to stakeholders• Align stakeholders around initiative vision and monitor progress• Provide performance transparency through metrics and reporting• Review functions and structures of business area to avoid duplication• Manage data documentation and perform quality control analysis• Work within the scope of larger projects defined by senior analysts
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in technical or business related field required• 2-4 years of professional experience for Analyst II, or• 4-6 years of professional experience for Analyst III• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and data visualization• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodologies• Facilitation experience with large groups of leaders• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong leadership and organizational skills
