Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to analyze existing manufacturing processes• Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains• Conduct data analysis and performance assessments• Lead and/or assist in the design, testing, and implementation of process improvements• Participate in root cause analysis and propose corrective actions• Support the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process optimization• Contribute to regular process reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
