Responsible for process capability, cost reduction and continuous improvement project implementation within their designated manufacturing unit
Provides specific engineering work related to field of expertise with broad overlap between engineering disciplines expected.
Support capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates
and process documentation. Ensures compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices,
Implements work process for the manufacturing unit.
Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.
Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
Responsible for root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
3 years process engineering within high speed CPG or related product Manufacturing
2+ years in Plant process engineering experience
Prefer experience out of a prestigious Fortune 500 Mfg company (Unilever, P&G, Energizer)
Excellent communication and potential leadership skills
Job Stability / no job hoppers
No consultants / contractors
This is a full time onsite plant position, no hybrid or remote
