Responsibilities
• Understand trends in the PRO Market• Collaborate with different departments• Identify and support PRO customers in-store• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products• Train and support Store Team on selling process• Educate PRO customers and expand their participation• Promote PRO Credit Solutions• Assist with PRO Customers in-store activities• Collaborate in all store initiatives• Make effective program and benefit presentations
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in store area is a plus
Key Skills Needed
